By checking the box on the registration form, I, the completer of the form, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in relation to my participation or my child’s participation in the 2025 River Park Color Run (“Event”).

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
   I understand that participating in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, contact with other participants, and exposure to colored powder. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability
   I hereby release and hold harmless River Park Elementary School and River Park Elementary School PTGO, its employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and all parties associated with the Event from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, even if caused by negligence.

3. Medical Clearance
   I confirm that I (or my child) am in good health and have no known medical conditions that would prevent participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any health concerns prior to participating.

4. Use of Likeness
   I grant permission to River Park PTGO to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

5. Compliance with Event Rules
   I agree to comply with all Event rules, including instructions from Event staff and volunteers. I understand that failure to do so may result in my (or my child’s) removal from the Event without refund.

6. No Refunds
   I acknowledge that the Event registration fees are non-refundable, even if I (or my child) am unable to participate.

7. Age Requirement
   If the participant is under 18, I, as their parent or legal guardian, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf.

By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all of the above terms. If I am signing on behalf of a participant under 18, I confirm that I am their legal parent or guardian and have the legal authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
