Teacher Reimbursement Program
To help offset out-of-pocket classroom expenses, the PTGO offers an annual reimbursement program for teachers and staff.
QUICK INFO:
- Eligible Purchase Dates: July 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
- Receipts Required?: Yes (upload with your reqest). If personal items are included on the receipt we can work with you and will prorate the tax.
- Processing Time: Typically 2-3 Weeks
- Reimbursement Amount: All lead teachers may be reimbursed up to $200. Teachers NEW to River Park receive +$150 additional allotment. Teachers who move grades receive +$75 additional allotment. Special Programs – $400/each.

Grant Requests & Discretionary Funding

Get Involved & Share Feedback
We value your input and want to hear from you! Here are a few ways to get involved:
- Join the PTGO Board as a Teacher Representative to help bridge communication between staff and PTGO. Let Mr. Widder know if you are interested in this position – the PTGO Board typically has between 2-4 Teacher Representatives each year.
- Attend our Bi-Monthly General Meetings – all teachers and staff are welcome. This is a great way to stay in the loop on upcoming events and initiatives and to share your feedback and ideas. View Meeting Calendar
