99 Pledges Information

We are excited to streamline our fundraiser by going online with 99Pledges. You will now be able to reach out to friends and family by email, Facebook, and Twitter, instead of going door-to-door, tracking commitments, and handling checks.

To add your child as a participant, please follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Go to this link – www.99pledges.com/fund/CameronPark2020/addme
  2. Enter your child’s name, enter your email(s), and select the group your child belongs to.
  3. Click “Add” > this will take you to your newly created pledge page!

All you have to do is make a donation for whatever amount you can and share your child’s pledge page link with friends and family via social media. We are shooting for 100% participation so no amount is too small. 

  1. There is an option to donate via “Angel” donations (https://app.99pledges.com/fund/CameronPark2020/angel-donations to allow children that may not otherwise be able to receive a prize.

The Fine Print: Only students enrolled at CPES are eligible to participate in and win prizes through the Read-a-Thon Fundraiser. Reading includes but is not limited to school assignments completed at home, your child reading independently or aloud to someone, and someone reading to your child.

Gather as many pledges as you can. All Read-a-Thon donations are tax deductible (Tax ID# 26-2601414). Many employers have a “company match” program; ask your sponsors to check into this.

Collect pledges from people you know—anyone who loves reading and supports the mission of CPES. Thank them!   SAFETY FIRST! STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ASK STRANGERS!

Cash, checks (made out to CPES PTGO), and online credit card payments (www.CameronParkPTGO.com) are all acceptable forms of payment.
